Shook Events, doing business as Shook Tournaments, organizes and operates youth football tournaments and events. Our website serves as an informational resource and communication hub for upcoming events. All official tournament registration is processed through Zorts.com, a third-party platform.


Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems

Tournament Registration

All tournament registration, including team enrollment, participant information, and payment processing, is handled exclusively through Zorts.com. By registering through Zorts, you also agree to their terms of service and privacy policy. Shook Tournaments is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Zorts platform.

Registration fees, refund policies, and deadlines are established on a per-event basis and will be communicated at the time of registration. Shook Tournaments reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any event at its discretion.


Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined on a per-event basis and will be clearly outlined during the registration process. In general:

  • Cancellations made before a specified deadline may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund
  • If Shook Tournaments cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue credit toward a future event
  • Shook Tournaments is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event

Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Participation in football tournaments and related athletic events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By registering for and participating in any Shook Tournaments event, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Shook Events DBA Shook Tournaments, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in any tournament or event. A separate waiver and liability release may be required at the time of registration.


Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Shook Tournaments reserves the right to remove or ban any individual from an event for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical altercations
  • Harassment or bullying of any kind
  • Use of profane, threatening, or discriminatory language
  • Failure to follow event staff instructions

Removal from an event due to a code of conduct violation does not entitle the removed party to a refund.


Photography and Media

By attending or participating in a Shook Tournaments event, you grant Shook Events DBA Shook Tournaments permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness and that of your child or team in promotional materials, social media, and marketing content. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff in writing prior to the event.


Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number or email address through our website, you consent to receiving communications from Shook Tournaments including event announcements, schedule updates, and promotional offers via email and SMS text message. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.


Intellectual Property
